Protea takes care of your utility needs by managing the bulk council account for electricity.
Each resident is equipped with individual meters, and we handle all aspects of account management and credit control. This includes tasks such as payment allocation, disconnection of non-payers, and addressing resident queries. Additionally, we stay updated on annual council tariff increases to ensure accurate billing and provide transparent information to our clients.

The responsibility for the bulk council account remains with the Landlord or Managing Agent.
Protea will be responsible for collecting and managing the metered energy consumption from individual units, collecting the payments, and transferring the funds to the Landlord or Managing Agent on a monthly basis. With our comprehensive levy and collection services, you can streamline your operations and focus on other important aspects of property management.

Protea takes care of monthly meter readings for all units and provides the usage and billing information to the Landlord or Managing Agent. This enables them to invoice the utility consumption on their clients’ levies.
